NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated November 3, 2021, and entered in Case No. 52-2020-CA-005475 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage LLC D/b/a Champion Mortgage Company, is the Plaintiff and Wayne L. Stallsmith, United States of America Acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Village on the Green Condominium III Association, Inc., are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00 am on the January 5, 2022 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THAT CERTAIN PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT 17-A, AS SHOWN ON THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF VILLAGE ON THE GREEN CONDOMINIUM III, PHASE III, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 37, PAGES 114 THROUGH 124, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED IN O.R. BOOK 4941, PAGES 1 THROUGH 61, INCLUSIVE, AND AMENDED IN O.R. BOOK 4986, PAGE 1821, AND O.R. BOOK 5023, PAGE 1416, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
