NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 2019-CA-013918-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Home Equity Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Trust Series INABS 2007-B, Home Equity Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates Series INABS 2007-B is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Donna Feezer a/k/a Donna L. Feezer a/k/a Donna Lee Feezer, Deceased; Russell Feezer; Magnolia Springs Homeowners' Association, Inc., Donna Stephan; James Feezer; Gina Feezer are the Defendants, that Tiffany Russell, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 4th day of January, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 152, MAGNOLIA SPRINGS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE(S) 11-12, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
