Lot 133, SUGAR MILL LAKES, PHASE I, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGE 108, OF THE PUBLIC RECRODS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Said property having a street address of 3315 48th Street East, Palmetto, FL 34221.
