NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to an action for non-judicial foreclosure of timeshare units on the Claim of Lien, which is dated May 10, 2021 and was recorded on May 17, 2021 in the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida as Instrument Number 202141065152 and that Claim of Lien dated June 18, 2020 and was recorded June 22, 2020 as Instrument Number 202041062797, I will sell, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at Little Gull Cottages Manager's Office, 5330 Gulf of Mexico Drive, Longboat Key, FL 34228 on the 31st day of DECEMBER, 2021, at 11:00 a.m., the following described real property located in Manatee County, Florida, to-wit:
