TO: Defendants, DUNSTAN BYRON CLARKE and ANN MARIE BECKFORD, whose address is 3460 Julius Estates Blvd., Winter Haven, FL 33881:
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that EMBASSY LOANS, INC. has filed its complaint in the above-named court to enforce a lien on the following property in Polk County, Florida:
2011 Toyota Tundra, VEHICLE I.D. #5TFUY5F13BX167759
Total amount due on the lien: $13,272.80 as of July 8th, 2021, with interest accruing daily.
In addition to the amounts set in the foregoing schedule, interest and penalties, as provided by law, on such delinquent lien, together with a proportionate part of the costs and expenses of this suit, are sought to be enforced and foreclosed in this suit.
You are hereby notified to appear and make your defenses to said complaint on or before the 6th day of Jan, 2022 (four weeks from date of publication), and if you fail to do so on or before said date the complaint will be taken as confessed by you and you will be barred from thereafter contesting said suit.
