NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 20, 2021 and entered in Case No. 2020-CC-004931, in the County Court in and for Polk County, Florida wherein ASSOCIATION OF POINCIANA VILLAGES, INC., is the Plaintiff and SAINTINA PETIT is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest bidder online at www.polk.realforeclose.com , at 10:00 A.M. on the 19th day of January, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 8, Block 408, Poinciana Neighborhood 2 West, Village 7, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 55, Page(s) 5-18, Public Records of Polk County, Florida.
