NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2019CA-001196-0000-00 of the Circuit Court of the 10TH Judicial Circuit in and for POLK County, Florida, wherein, THE MONEY SOURCE INC., Plaintiff, and, DAVID W. RUSS AKA DAVID WILLIS RUSS, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of the Circuit Court, Stacy M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.POLK.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 11th day of January, 2022, the following described property:
THE SOUTH 101.58 FEET OF THE NORTH 113.28 FEET OF THE EAST 166.50 FEET OF LOT 4 IN BLOCK “S” OF MITCHELL AND FRENCH'S ADDITION TO FORT MEADE, FLORIDA, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN DEED BOOK “L”, PAGE 302, PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
