Notice is hereby given that pursuant to an Order of a Final Judgment of Foreclosure in the above-captioned action, I will sell the property situated in Polk County, Florida, described as:
Lot 56, Villa Sorrento according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 133, page(s) 40 and 41, of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.polk. realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m., on the 4th day of February, 2022.
