NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated December 1, 2021, and entered in Case No. 2021-CA-003923-NC of the Circuit Court in and for Sarasota County, wherein RONALD R. BROWN, TRUSTEE OF THE RONALD R. BROWN REVOCABLE TRUST U/T/A DATED JUNE 18, 2007 is Plaintiff and GERALDINE SPANO, KIM M. MAHONEY, and VILLAGE PLAZA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. are Defendants, KAREN R. RUSHING, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, 9:00 a.m. on January 31, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT NO. 8510, VILLAGE PLAZA CONDOMINIUM, SECTION FIVE, PHASE C, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1243, PAGE 1856, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, AND RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 4, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED. THE COURT, IN ITS DESCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
