PRESENTS SHALL COME
I, Dawn Cheri Ohlsson sui juris civilian national of nation of Florida do exercise the inherent election and notice thereof and declare under penalty of perjury that I hereby give Notice of Exodus from Territorial and District jurisdictions and Notice of Entry and domicile upon Union body politic settled upon the soil of nation of Florida. My said entry is notice to all the government of the United States of my irrevocable change of my political status and by direct implication of my legal and equitable rights, revivor estates, under the constitution are restored in full. The name Dawn Cheri Ohlsson and any and all derivatives thereof when written in upper and lowercase letters shall henceforth from the publishing of this Notice when set forth by any means shall indicate and mean the living breathing sentient being a Woman standing as a Private civilian Free Inhabitant on the soil of Florida nation as a nonmilitant non-combatant nonbelligerent. Further, I declare that I am not an enemy to, nor an ally of an enemy to the United States. The name, DAWN C. OHLSSON, and any and all derivatives thereof, when written in all capital letters shall henceforth from the publishing of this Notice, when set forth by any means, indicate and mean a commercial /artificial entity/trust. All prior use of the capital letters name of DAWN C. OHLSSON as commercial/artificial entity/trust has never been fully completely and timely disclosed to me. I, Dawn Cheri Ohlsson sui juris hereby declare that I am the sole Beneficiary of all commercial/ artificial entities/ trusts created using any variation or derivative of the all capital letters name DAWN C. OHLSSON. Furthermore, I, Dawn Cheri Ohlsson sui juris as a result of not having been given full, complete, and timely disclosure disclaim being or having ever been a fiduciary or surety in any matter or for any commercial/ artificial entity/trust DAWN C. OHLSSON. I, Dawn Cheri Ohlsson sui juris declare under penalty of perjury that I am not now nor have I ever been a U.S. citizen and any and all declarations, under penalty of perjury, to the contrary were made by mistake due to lack of full and complete disclosure, knowledge and comprehension of the consequences of being identified by the term “U.S. Citizen” or any variation thereof and I, Dawn Cheri Ohlsson sui juris hereby and herewith rescind my declarations on/for all such attestations. Final NOTICE: If anyone disputes the declaration in this PUBLIC NOTICE, they must come forth, within 21 days of the date of publication of this NOTICE and present their evidence and claim or otherwise be forever barred from raising any objection to these facts.
