NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in Hillsborough County Case Number 21-CA-4957 of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit of Florida, that the following property will be sold in Hillsborough County, Florida by the Hillsborough County Clerk, described as:

ROBERTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE(S) 48, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THAT PART OF THE NORTH HALF OF THE ALLEY (NOW CLOSED) ABBUTING SAID LOTS ON THE SOUTH.
