NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered August 18, 2020 in Civil Case No. 29-2019-CA-002956 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein REVERSE MORTGAGE FUNDING, LLC is Plaintiff and HENRY R. NORTON A/K/A HENRY RENA NORTON, SR, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, CINDY STUART, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 24th day of January, 2022 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT BEGINNING 25 FEET NORTH AND 540 FEET WEST OF THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 4, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 19 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, RUN THENCE NORTH 62 FEET, WEST 100 FEET, SOUTH 62 FEET, AND EAST 100 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, LESS AND EXCEPT ANY PORTION THEREOF LYING WITHIN ROAD RIGHT OF WAY.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
