NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 2, 2021 entered in Civil Case No. 20-CA-002824 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein HMC ASSETS, LLC SOLELY IN ITS CAPACITY AS SEPARATE TRUSTEE OF CAM XI TRUST is Plaintiff and DONALD WARREN, SR.; SYLVIA L. WARREN; et al., are Defendant(s).
The Clerk, CINDY STUART, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at public sale on March 4, 2022, at 10:00 A.M. on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 45 and 46, Block E, of HILLSBORO HEIGHTS SOUTH, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 28 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
