NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered December 18, 2019 in Civil Case No. 14-CA-012324 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY is Plaintiff and DWANE J LIDDLELOW, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, CINDY STUART, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 6th day of January 2022 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 11, Block 5, of BAYPORT WEST PHASE TWO, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 57, Page 45, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Property address: 7005 DRURY ST., TAMPA, FL 33635; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
