NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Scheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 18-CA-012642 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein MCS OF TAMPA, Inc., a Florida corporation is the Plaintiff and David M. Snyder and AEROSAGE, LLC, a Florida limited liability company are the Defendants, that Cindy Stuart, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 6th day of January, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
