Notice is hereby given that the Southwest Florida Water Management District has received Environmental Resource permit application number 837095 from Red Cast Bloomingdale, LLC, to construct two commercial sites on new outparcels West of Lithia Pinecrest Rd. on Bloomingdale Ave. in Valrico, FL. Application received November 18th, 2021 Proposed activity: Major modification to the existing ERP permit demonstrating that the onsite pond (as currently configured with minor modifications) will meet the applicable criteria to allow for the construction of a pet boarding facility and another commercial site. Project name: Bloomingdale Mixed Use OP4 & OP5. Project size: 13.89 Acres. Location: Section(s) 06 Township 30, Range 21, in Hillsborough County. Outstanding Florida Water: No. Aquatic preserve: No. The application is available for public inspection Monday through Friday at Tampa Service Office, 7601 Highway 301 North, Tampa, FL 33637-6759. Interested persons may inspect a copy of the application and submit written comments concerning the application. Comments must include the permit application number and be received within 14 days from the date of this notice.
