Joyce K. Briggs, aka Joyce E. Briggs, a resident of Lee County, Florida, who died on the 13th day of October, 2021, was the settlor/grantor of a trust entitled: REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST OF JOYCE K. BRIGGS dated January 1, 1995 (“Trust”), as amended which is a trust described in Section 733.707(3) of the Florida Probate Code, and is liable for the expenses of the administration of the decedent's estate and enforceable claims of the decedent's creditors to the extent the decedent's estate is insufficient to pay them, as provided in Section 733.607(2) of the Florida Probate Code.
The name and address of the successor trustee of the Trust are set forth below.
The Clerk shall file and index this Notice of Trust in the same manner as a caveat. No probate proceeding for the grantor's estate exists.
