NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 522019CA005610XXCICI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR YALE MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2007-1 is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Spouse, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming an interest by, through, under or against Willie Lee Randall a/k/a Willie L. Randall, Deceased; Wileen LaVerne Randall f/k/a Wileen L. Randall-Weaver f/k/a Wileen Randall-Weaver f/k/a Wileen R. Weaver are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 5th day of January, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT EIGHT (8), BLOCK C, TANGERINE TERRACE NO. 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 98, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
