NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed November 22, 2021 and entered in Case No. 21-002174-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein AMERICAN ADVISORS GROUP is Plaintiff and DEBRA SANTERRE; ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF JON LETTINGTON, DECEASED; DAVID LETTINGTON; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; TRUIST BANK; UNION PARK VILLAS OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED 1/142ND INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS AS SET FORTH BY METES AND BOUNDS DESCRIPTION IN THAT CERTAIN INSTRUMENT DATED AND FILED FOR RECORD OCTOBER 6, 1970 IN O.R.
