Notice is given that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on December 9, 2021, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, in which, J. Baird Lefter, Jr., Successor Trustee of the J. Baird Lefter, Sr. Family Trust Dated July 23, 2018, is the Plaintiff and the Defendants are RICHARD F. LEVERITT, individually; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RICHARD F. LEVERITT;UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1;UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2; and all other persons in possession of subject real property whose real names are uncertain. The Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. January 5, 2022, the following described property as set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure:
LOT 10, BLOCK 9, SNELL SHORES MANOR, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGE 75 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Also known as 4301 Cherry Street NE, St. Petersburg, Pinellas County, Florida 33703.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
