NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure In Rem entered on the 22nd of November 2021, in Case No. 19-004391-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWMBS, INC., CHL MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH TRUST 2006-HYB3, MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-HYB3, is the Plaintiff. Final Judgment is hereby entered in favor of the Plaintiff, against Defendants, STEPHEN HOVE; REGATTA BEACH CLUB CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; ADL ALUMINUM, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 AND UNKNOWN TENANT #2. Ken Burke Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 26th day of January 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT C-907, OF REGATTA BEACH CLUB, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 13243 PAGE 420, OF PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED.
