NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Florida Statutes §715.109, Sunset Village, Inc. d/b/a Sunset Palms will offer for public sale the following:
1971 mobile home, Title No. 4072498, VIN No. SF1004E, and unknown contents thereof, and on the 5th day of January, 2022, at 34159 Juniper Dr., Pinellas Park, Pinellas County, Florida 33781, at the hour of 10:00 A.M., or as soon thereafter as possible, the landlord will offer for sale “AS IS” “WHERE IS” the aforesaid property at public outcry and will sell the same, subject to ownership rights, liens, and security interests which have priority by law, if any, to the highest and best bidder or bidders for CASH, the proceeds to be applied as far as may be to the payment of costs of storage, advertising and sale, due and owing the landlord. The names and address of the former tenants are Robin Harry Harcourt and Thomas David George, 34159 Juniper Dr., Pinellas Park, Florida 33781.
