AS TRUSTEE FOR MORTGAGE ASSETS MANAGEMENT SERIES I TRUST is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF MARY FRANCES ALLEN A/K/A MARY FRANCIS ALLEN, DECEASED; SHIRLEY DOLES; MARY J. ALLEN; SANDREA ALLEN; CALVIN ALLEN; BERNARD ALLEN; STEVE ALLEN; RISHARD ALLEN; HARRY LEE ALLEN; HAZEL ALLEN; MAZOLA MCNAIR; DEBORAH DAVIDSON; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; LVNV FUNDING LLC are the Defendant(s).
