YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a mortgage on the following property:
BEGIN AT THE SE CORNER OF SECTION 11, TOWNSHIP 31 SOUTH. RANGE 26 EAST. AND RUN THENCE NORTH 1324.30 FEET ALONG SECTION LINE BETWEEN SECTIONS 11 AND 12 TO A 4X4 C.M. (WHICH IS THE SE CORNER OF NE 1/4 OF SE1/4) THENCE N. 89°36'W, A DISTANCE OF 470 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, THENCE RUN NORTH 112 FEET TO A 4X4 C.M. ON THE SOUTHERLY SHORELINE OF LAKE BUFFUM, THENCE RUN SOUTHWESTERLY ALONG SAID SHORELINE A DISTANCE OF 61.48 FEET TO A 4X4 C.M., THENCE RUN SOUTH 100 FEET TO A 4X4 C.M., THENCE S. 89°36' E. A DISTANCE OF 60 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, THIS LYING AND BEING IN GOVERNMENT LOT 5, POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA. SUBJECT TO AN EASEMENT 20 FEET WIDE ACROSS THE SOUTH SIDE OF SAID PROPERTY.
