NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 29, 2021 entered in Civil Case No. 2021- CA- 708 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash in the Lobby, on the First Floor Atrium of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida at 11:00 a.m. on the 6 day of January, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 134, The Majors Phase One, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 40, Pages 71 through 74, inclusive, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
