NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated May 28, 2021, entered in Case No. 11-2018-CA-000735-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and LINDA K. MERLING; MALLARD'S LANDING VILLAGE ASSOCIATION, INC.; FIDDLER'S CREEK FOUNDATION, INC.; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LINDA K. MERLING; Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, or Against The Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who Are Not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest As Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants; are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, Collier County Courthouse Annex, Third Floor Lobby, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 AM. on the 6 day of January, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, BLOCK B, MALLARD'S LANDING AT FIDDLER'S CREEK, PLAT BOOK 33. PAGE 83 THROUGH 86, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
