NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 3, 2021, and entered in 2009 CA 018678 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST, NOT INDIVIDUALLY BUT AS TRUSTEE FOR PRETIUM MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST is the Plaintiff and LINDA L. SHAFFER; and CENTER GATE MAINTENANCE AND PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on January 10, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, CENTER GATE WOODS, UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGE 37, 37A-37B OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
