Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Amended Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered on April 26, 2021 in the above-styled Case Number 2018 CC 007698 NC in the County Court of SARASOTA, Florida, that the Clerk of Court shall sell the following property, in SARASOTA County, Florida, described as:
Unit G-7, CORDOVA GARDENS, PHASE III, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1304, pages 1463 to 1552, inclusive, and all amendments thereto, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 13, page 44, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Property address: 2220 Bahia Vista Street, Apt. G-7, Sarasota, FL 34239 at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M. on January 26, 2022. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court and will be applied to the sale price at the time of final payment. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
