NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 15th day of December 2021 and entered in Case No. 20-CA-002088, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein FREEDOM MORTGAGE CORPORATION is the Plaintiff and JESSICA HODGES; THOMAS HODGES; RIVER BEND OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. CINDY STUART as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough. realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 15th day of February 2022 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
