Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Uniform In Rem Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
The West 37½ feet of Lot 1 and all of Lot 2, J.K. CHEYNEY'S SUBDIVISION, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 51, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, of which Pinellas County was formerly a part.
