SMITH A/K/A CHRISTINE SMITH; JARRITT TADLOCK A/K/A JARRITT B. TADLOCK; CHAD TADLOCK; STONE'S THROW CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC are the Defendant(s).
