NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 17-003408-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Fremont Home Loan Trust 2006-1, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-1 is the Plaintiff and Eugene M. Rosa a/k/a Eugene M. Rosa, Sr.; Laura I. Rosa; Cypress Woods Community Association of East Lake, Inc. are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 8th day of February, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 15, CYPRESS WOODS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 113, PAGES 99 AND 100, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
