YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a Counterclaim has been filed and commenced in this court and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on April S. Goodwin, Esquire, attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is 801 West Bay Drive, Suite 715, Largo, Florida 33770 and file the original with the clerk of the above styled court on or before March 4, 2022; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief prayed for in the Counterclaim.
This notice shall be published once each week for four consecutive weeks in the Pinellas County Courthouse.
