Final Judgment was awarded on December 10, 2021 in Civil Case No. 2020CA001754CAAXES, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein, WILMINGTON TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO CITIBANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-S2 is the Plaintiff, and ILIANA M. DUENAS A/K/A ILIANA DUENAS; ADA LLAUGER QUINTANA; DISCOVER BANK; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
