NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 2020CA000129CAAXES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Truist Bank, successor by merger to SunTrust Bank is the Plaintiff and Ajmal Rahman a/k/a Ajml Rahman; Nathalie Rahman a/k/a Rathalie Rahman; Saddlebrook Resort Condominium Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that Nikki Alvarez-Sowles, Pasco County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00AM on the 2nd day of February, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NOS. 114C AND 116C, SADDLEBROOK CONDOMINIUM NO.1, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF AS FILED IN O.R. BOOK 1095, PAGE 1463 AND ANY AMENDMENTS MADE THERETO AND AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 19, PAGES 56 THROUGH 61, TOGETHER WITH A NON-EXCLUSIVE EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS OVER AND ACROSS THE LAND DESCRIBED IN O.R. BOOK 821, PAGE 1006 AND IN O.R. BOOK 839, PAGE 1763, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
