Final Judgment was awarded on January 24, 2020 in Civil Case No. 2018-CA-006696-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR SAXON ASSET SECURITIES TRUST 2007-4, MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-4 is the Plaintiff, and CHRISTIAN A. TORRES; YARA AIXA GONZALEZ A/K/A YARA A. ACOSTA A/K/A YARA A. GONZALEZ; WESTLAKE SERVICES, LLC D/B/A WESTLAKE FINANCIAL SERVICES; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 N/K/A RAFAEL RAMOS; UNKNOWN TENANT 2 N/K/A JOSE RAMOS; ENRIQUE AQUILAR; MARGARITA GALATEA; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
