NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 20th, 2021 entered in Civil Case No. 2016-CA-005609-AX of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL CREDIT OPPORTUNITIES TRUST V-D, is Plaintiff and MARIA H. VILLACORTA A/K/A MARIA VILLACORTA; et al., are Defendant(s).
I ANGELINA “ANGEL” COLONNESO, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 o'clock a.m. on March 9, 2022 on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 143.50 FEET OF LOT 100, BRADEN OAKS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGES 35 THRU 38, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
