AKA GEORGE ELLIN; SUSAN D. ELLIN AKA SUSAN ELLIN; DISCOVER BANK, ISSUER OF THE DISCOVER CARD; WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO FIRST UNION NATIONAL BANK. are the Defendant(s). Angelina Colonneso as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on January 20, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
