Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the final judgment dated December 14, 2021 in case number 2021CC-003135-0000-00 in the County Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein FOXWOOD LAKE ESTATES PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not for profit corporation, is Plaintiff, and BARBARA A. GATES, WILLIAM PHILLIPS, JR., CITY OF LAKELAND, a municipal corporation of the State of Florida, and TRI COUNTY HAULING & DEMOLITION, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on the 18th day of January, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to wit:
