NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed February 13, 2019 and entered in Case No. 2018CA003041000000, of the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for POLK County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and ANTRELL L. CLAYTON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANTRELL L. CLAYTON; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; HUNTER'S CROSSING HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION OF POLK COUNTY, INC.; FOUNDATION FINANCE COMPANY LLC.; FIRST INVESTORS FINANCIAL SERVICES,INC., BY AND THROUGH ITS SERVICING AGENT, FIRST INVESTORS SERVICING CORPORATION; are defendants. STACY M. BUTTERFIELD, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.POLK.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on January 11, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
