NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 19, 2021, and entered in Case No. 53-2020-CA-002915 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida in which Nations Lending Corporation, is the Plaintiff and Karen Frances Bronson aka Karen F. Bronson, Steven James Bronson aka Steven J. Bronson, are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the January 21, 2022 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 34, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 23 EAST, POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA, RUN EAST 238.3 FEET, THENCE NORTH 40 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, RUN THENCE NORTH 150 FEET; WEST 240 FEET; SOUTH 150 FEET THENCE EAST 240 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, LESS AND EXCEPT ALL THAT PORTION CONVEYED TO SEBASTIAN FITZGERALD GIBSON BY WARRANTY DEED RECORDED IN THE OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2737, PAGE 338 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
