NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 15 day of December, 2021, in Civil Action No. 2019-CC-002071, of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, in which CINDY A. FREITAS, Individually and as Trustee of the FLORENCE A. LEFEBVRE REVOCABLE TRUST, U/A/D FEBRUARY 1, 2016, is the Defendant, and IMPERIAL WILDERNESS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, is the Plaintiff, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the third floor lobby of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 13 day of January, 2022, the following described real property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Collier County, Florida:
Unit 84, IMPERIAL WILDERNESS CONDOMINIUM, SECTION FOUR, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1411, Pages 2377 through 2415, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, together with an undivided share in the common elements and all other appurtenances to such unit as set forth in said Declaration. SUBJECT to all of the terms, provision, conditions, rights, privileges, obligations, easements, and liens set for the and contained in said Declaration of Condominium, its exhibits, supplements and amendments thereto, and all instruments referred to therein.
