BRAMBLE POINTE AT TWINEAGLES RESIDENTS' ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not for profit Corporation, TWINEAGLES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not for profit Corporation, RESOURCE CONSERVATION PROPERTIES, INC., a Florida Corporation d/b/a The Club at TWINEAGLES, and UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are the Defendants, RIVERPOINT CAPITAL PARTNERS, LLC, is the Plaintiff, Crystal K. Kinzel, Clerk of Court, Collier County will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 13th day of January 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at Collier County Courthouse Annex, third floor lobby, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, the following described real property set forth in the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Collier County, Florida:
