NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure and Reformation of Mortgage dated November 08, 2021 entered in Civil Case No. 11-2019-CA-002250-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and KOSTKA, ELAINE M, et al, are Defendants. The Clerk, CRYSTAL K. KINZEL, shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Collier County Courthouse, in the lobby of the Third Floor of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, 34112, at 11:00 AM on January 13, 2022, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in COLLIER County, Florida, as set forth in said Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure and Reformation of Mortgage, to-wit:
UNIT NO. 113, OF WEST WIND MOBILE HOME ESTATES, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS AMENDED AND RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 630, AT PAGES 1883 THROUGH 1932, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH: 1983 BRIGHT MANUFACTURING DOUBLE WIDE TITLE #'S 22694984 & 22694985 VIN #'S 3B5641239A & 3B5641239B.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. The court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
