NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 3rd day of December 2021, and entered in Case No. 19-CA-008964, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and SAMANTHA C. MILLER-SHERHAG FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION RIVER BEND OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. SPYGLASS AT RIVER BEND HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT JOSHUA A. SHERHAG; and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants.
