AS SUCCESSOR TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR RESIDENTIAL ASSET MORTGAGE PRODUCTS, INC., MORTGAGE ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-RS2 is the Plaintiff, and BRIAN G. LOT 144 OF BEL-MAR REVISED UNIT NO. 6, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGE 3, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THAT PART DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DEED TO THE STATE OF FLORIDA IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 3654, PAGE 13 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
