Final Judgment was awarded on September 21, 2021 in Civil Case No. 19-CA-011544, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK TRUST N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF10 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST is the Plaintiff, and CHARLES C. KOZEL; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES
CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
