NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 25, 2021, and entered in 29-2019-CA-012990 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC D/B/A MR. COOPER is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF FLOYD P. GARRETT, DECEASED; AMERIS BANK; LINDA P. DARBY; CARMEN HENRY; MARIA FAYE GARRET; and TAMPA BAY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION are the Defendant(s).
