ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-7 is Plaintiff and MELISSA ELLEN POWELL F/K/A MELISSA ELLEN POWELL-HUGHES A/K/A MELISSA POWELL-HUGHES, JOHN P. HUGHES A/K/A JOHN HUGHES, 28725 WAHOO DRIVE LAND TRUST WITH ROTOR HOLDINGS, INC., VILLAGEWALK OF BONITA SPRINGS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION N/K/A STEVE NELSON, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on March 16, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
