Realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m. on the 14th day of January, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 52, Block B, of Shadow Wood at the Brooks, UNIT Fifteen, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 72, Page 50 through 55, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other that the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed
